From our initial phone call to talk about getting started with looking at houses he knew exactly what to do and when we needed it, who to contact to assist with the other parties that are needed to work towards finalizing our new home. He was extremely knowledgeable inside the home knowing exactly what to look for (he even went into spaces I wouldn’t dare to go into) and if it was something to be concerned about or not. He went to bat with us through offers and negotiations every time. Mike was fun to work with the whole time. I never had to worry if something wasn’t going to go right because Mike and his team took care of absolutely everything. "Mike worked as a true buyer's agent offering perspective and insight to my family as we relocated to the area. As a realtor, Mike knows construction methods and common repair/maintenance needs of homes.
